All Eden Vitals orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from New York City.
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days of your purchase.
Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your glow sooner.
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number to follow your delivery in real-time.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will always make it right with a full refund or an exchange.
We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used as intended.
