Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
Unopened Products: We accept returns on all items that are unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Adverse Reactions: We review cases of genuine adverse skin reactions individually. Please contact us with specific details to begin a case-by-case review.
Not eligible for return
Opened or Used Products: We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used as intended.
Beyond 30 Days: Refund or exchange requests made after the 30-day delivery window will be declined.
Misuse or Insufficient Detail: We reserve the right to decline requests that show signs of product misuse or lack the detail needed for assessment.
